Terms of Service

All tours are by appointment. A booking is confirmed only after Jared personally replies with dates, times, and pricing. No payment is collected until a booking is confirmed. Bookings made through TripAdvisor follow TripAdvisor's own terms.

We understand travel plans change. Please email or call Jared as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee equal to the first booked hour.

Tours run rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, Jared will contact you to reschedule or adapt the route (for example, adding indoor museum time).

Museum admission, attraction fees, and any incidentals are not included in the tour rate. Met Museum tickets are purchased on the day of the tour with Jared present.

Tours involve walking on public sidewalks and inside museums. Guests are responsible for their own footwear, hydration, mobility needs, and medical conditions. Please disclose any relevant needs at the time of booking.

You are welcome to photograph freely during tours. Jared may occasionally take photos of the group for portfolio use; let him know at booking if you'd prefer not to be photographed.
